We, SIA “DATA J&S,” utilized the services of SIA “AVECTOR” for the delivery of two armored doors from a warehouse in Riga to a client in Daugavpils. The doors had to be delivered to a basement and installed into the openings of a secure room.

The Art Academy of Latvia (hereinafter – LMA) concluded Contract No. 2019-14 with SIA “AVECTOR” (Reg. No. 40003987004) on September 6, 2019, for the transportation and handling of heavy objects.

The team of employees from SIA “AVECTOR” carefully and efficiently carried out the relocation of a radiator weighing 540 kg from the 3rd floor to the yard, equipment weighing 680 kg from the 3rd floor to the yard, and 720 kg from the basement floor to the yard, as well as a stone sculpture weighing 160 kg.

The work was carried out thoroughly and with high quality using special equipment and their own effort.

We hereby confirm that SIA “AVECTOR,” Reg. The company “Avector” has provided the following transport services for the Riga Municipal Cultural Institutions Association, Riga Porcelain Museum:

• Transported exhibits for the exhibition “Latvian Contemporary Ceramics” on October 28, 2015, from the Riga Porcelain Museum, Riga, Latvia, to the “Outdoors Expo” gallery and the Vilnius Academy of Arts in Vilnius, Lithuania, and on December 1, 2015, transported them back from Vilnius, Lithuania, to Riga, Latvia.

• Transported exhibits and exhibition setup equipment for the international traveling exhibition “From Baroque to Modern Times: European Culture and Lifestyle in Ceramics,” held under the European Union’s “Creative Europe” sub-program “Culture” within the project “Ceramics and Its Dimensions,” on March 30, 2017, from the Estonian Museum of Applied Arts and Design in Tallinn, Estonia, to the exhibition hall “Riga Art Space” in Riga, Latvia.

The transport services included loading and unloading work. The cargo consisted of items from the national museum’s collection and valuable contemporary art objects made of porcelain and other ceramic materials. During transportation, the cargo was secured, taking into account that the transported items were valuable and fragile. The services provided were performed with high quality, care, and responsibility, adhering precisely to the agreed schedule.

On November 6, 2018, AS “RĪGAS SILTUMS” signed Contract No. 512 with SIA “CRC” for the delivery of an A0-format multifunctional office device to AS “RĪGAS SILTUMS”.

During the delivery of the multifunctional office device, SIA “CRC” selected SIA “AVECTOR” for transportation services due to their experience in equipment relocation and their guaranteed 100% material liability.

AS “RĪGAS SILTUMS” is satisfied with the work performed by the carrier, SIA “AVECTOR”, highlighting the high-quality handling of a 278 kg office device transported from the garage to the office premises on the 3rd floor. The work was carried out quickly and professionally.

We recently engaged the services of SIA “AVECTOR” to assist with a challenging relocation of our manufacturing barrels at STENDERS, the natural cosmetics manufacturer. Two 1.5-ton barrels and two 500 kg barrels had to be relocated within premises with limited height, making this task particularly complex.

In 2015, a relocation to new office premises was organized to ensure uninterrupted and high-quality communication with the company’s clients. It was essential that the relocation process was carried out quickly and efficiently.

The relocation process was planned for the weekend – Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, SIA “AVECTOR” employees started work early in the morning. During the first half of the day, they efficiently and professionally prepared furniture and IT equipment for transportation, and by the second half of the day, everything had been delivered to the new office. On Sunday, work started early again, and throughout the day, SIA “AVECTOR” employees assembled the furniture and arranged it in the office premises according to the company’s needs.

In just two days, the company’s significant work, ensuring continuous and high-quality operations, was completed. The services were provided quickly and with exceptional quality.

We turned to SIA “AVECTOR” again in 2017, when it was necessary to relocate part of the workstations to other premises within the same building. Once again, SIA “AVECTOR” employees demonstrated their high level of professionalism and completed the work quickly and efficiently.
